You Make Money on Sales!

We'll photograph your event or tournament for FREE... We make money from sales to your athletes/event attendees who buy the photos directly from us. In fact... WE MAKE YOU MONEY... simply by allowing us to do our photography and letting us set up a sales table at the event you get 10% of our in person sales to give to your charity, league or your private organization. If your event is owned by you, it can even be extra income for yourself. It's your choice. Hiring us as a fundraiser can be a great money MAKER for your league, class or small business. How it works: We pay 10% gross of all we make, so long as we can do our jobs at your event & our sales have covered basic expenses. Once we reach profitability for your event we give 10% gross of everything we make during in person sales TO YOU.  POSED PHOTO SESSION (Classes/ Schools/ League Photo Day): You get 10% of our sales for the first 7 days of sales, both in person and online sales (terms updated 2026). Our expenses are much lower for these events, thus we include online sales in your amount given. TOURNAMENTS: For these events we make 90% of our sales in person, thus we give 10% of in person sales only (if we do online sales during the event you also get 10% of that up until the event ends or midnight the last day of in person sales, whichever is earlier.) Small Print: If you invite us and then cancel our attendance, due to a change of mind, with less than 30 days notice you may be charged a fee to cover our attending your event. If the event doesn't happen, you are not responsible for covering any of our expenses. This is only to stop businesses who invite us and then don't plan for our attendance... we arrive and are unable to work. If you're a sports league, be sure to get permission from your umpires and organization officials before you invite us to your event. Things such as weather, which cancels an event completely, we do not ask for any covering of our expenses. If possible, rebook with us when weather improves.
