*Profit Share with your business for the first 14 Days After the Event Goes Live. One payment will be made about one month after the event has been published online. This will be 10% of profits of all sales generated, minus lab and mailing costs, etc (roughly 30% of sales goes to a lab we use for things like photo paper, websites and hard-drive storage). Any future business generated from the photos after 14 days will not continue to be shared with the studio/organization due to ongoing hosting online costs. We encourage you to promote the photos to your organization, with a special emphasis to purchase in the first 14 days in order to donate to your business. Our services are free to the business, so this is a trade-off of that. Most sales occur within the first 3 days of photos going online, so normally little money is lost after 14 days. Parents opt in to seeing their photos via text and email and we directly send them their links. You don't have to send them any info directly, although it can help sales if the organization shows they care enough to promote the photo session.
