Read About Our Pay + Rules When Hired for Gigs: *Average Pay is $25/hr for up to 10 hr days. This varies slightly by state income averages. *NO SPECIAL PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED. You can use your own equipment, unless the equipment doesn't meet the standard of what we are photographing. In that case you can use our equipment, if available. *You must be athletic enough to stand for multiple hours, stay out of the way of live games and have a basic understanding of photography. *You must work well with families and be able to work around children. Former/current baseball and softball players are preferred for jobs photographing baseball/softball. *No experience is necessary, but we are more likely to hire you if you have samples of past event/sports work to show us. Work is not guaranteed and can be canceled due to things like weather. *If you show up and cannot take basic photos regularly no pay will be given. Please check in with us often to make sure your work is meeting up to expectation to make sure your time is being spent well.
